1. Course Cancellation by User

If you wish to cancel your course registration, please notify us within 7 days of enrollment by emailing [email protected].

• Cancellations after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will only be considered if no course material has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Cancellation by AIMA

AIMA reserves the right to cancel any course or program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, technical issues). In such cases:

• Students will be notified promptly.
• A full refund or course transfer option will be offered.

3. Refund Procedure

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
